Returns can be made within 30 days of purchasing. A full refund will be provided once the painting has been returned. After 30 days, returns cannot be accepted. The artist must be contacted directly in order to ensure the process of return. Please use the contact form on the 'About' page to contact the artist and begin the process of returns. 

This is a one woman show! Tori will fulfill your order, provide tracking numbers once shipped, and be in contact with you throughout the entire process of your order! Typically, there is a one week turnaround for when your order will be shipped after ordering. Please provide up to two weeks for your order to be delievered after ordering! Every order is custom to you all and time is needed to print each and every order before it can be shipped to you. If you are need expediant shipping, please let Tori know and she'll be able to assist you in order to get your print to you by the time you need it!
