If you are not 100% satisfied with your painting, appropriate edits can be made with requests for adjustments. Refunds and cancellations can be granted before the painting has begun being made. After the painting has started, partial refunds can be provided in reflection to the work that has been completed. Returns cannot be provided due to this product being completely custom.
Your painting may be used for social media posts or examples on website pages. The artist is the creator of the painting, therefore providing the artist complete freedom to use the commissioned painting for any advertisement or public post. If this cannot be agreed upon at purchase, please reach out to the artist in order to provide reasons to keep this painting private. The artist is very respectful of boundaires and art being gifted for special occassions, and will glady keep the painting private.
This product is completly custom. The paintings are not framed and a frame cannot be provided for shipping. Guidance on how to frame and where to purchase frames from can be provided. Local pickups may request custom framing by the artist, please provide the artist with as much information on this as early as possible in the creation process. Please provide a month for creation of the painting. A more detailed timeline will be shared with the client after purchase is made. If there is a deadline for this painting to be given as a gift, let the artist know at the date of purchasing.
