Please allow up to 2 months for completion from the date of ordering. This product is design by hand and printed physically, needing time to create and print before your date of use. If needing this product in less than 2 months from order date, please inquire with Tori to see if this is possible.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your illustration, appropriate edits can be made with requests for adjustments. Refunds and cancellations can be granted before the illustraiton has begun being made. After the illustration has started, partial refunds can be provided in reflection to the work that has been completed. Returns cannot be provided due to this product being completely custom.
Illustrations are made directly from the photograph privded. Colors are captured from those in the photo. For best references, please provide a photo directly from the camera/phone that took it or take a picture of a photograph in natural lighting and with no reflections. Throughout the process, you may receive updates of the illustration or be in contact for any answers to questions. Please allow 2 weeks for the illustration to be near the end of creation, the artist will provide a more detailed timeline once purchased. After a final approval from a proof provided via email, the final copy will be sent as a high resolution JPEG to your email. This JPEG can be saved to camera rolls or downloaded to computers in order to print at any online shop by just uploading the JPEG saved to your device. The amount of prints are unlimited due to receiving ownership of the JPEG once provided via email.
Your order may be used for social media posts or examples on website pages. The artist is the creator of the illustration, therefore providing the artist complete freedom to use the commissioned illustration for any advertisement or public post. If this cannot be agreed upon at purchase, please reach out to the artist in order to provide reasons to keep this illustration private. The artist is very respectful of boundaires and art being gifted for special occassions, and will glady keep the illustration private.
